The "ensaimada de Mallorca" is probably the most well-known local product throughout Spain and abroad, but it is not the only one. The "sobrasada" or "galletas de Inca" (Quely), the Binissalem wines, the oil from the region of Pla de Mallorca and many more are also widely famous and exported to many places around the world.
It is very common to find many of the most typical products of Mallorcan gastronomy in small gourmet establishments in many destinations around Spain and Europe.
Some of the most typical dishes from Mallorcan cuisine include the "frit de mastances", "brut" rice, Mallorcan soups and baked "porcella".
